Different Fairy Animals

Catching The Firebird's Feathers, by Ivan Bilbin

Do different animals live in the fairy world than the mortal world?

Ophelia Fey says - Hello Morgana. The realm of Faerie and that of earth are, you might say, somewhat like parallel universes. If you are familiar with your science of quantum physics, you will know that scientists do know that other dimensions exist, and they cannot be perceived with human eyes, which are programmed by the brain to see only what they are programmed to see. Which scientists also know is in actuality very little. But they do not necessarily know what these dimensions are like. And they know there are many, which is true. The realm of nature spirits (sometimes called Faerie) is simply a dimension.

Thus, although our worlds are parallel, there are some differences. Some of the differences are in life forms. Particularly, and understandably, the life forms in the dimension of nature spirits are made of energy in a different way - that is why they are not seen by your physical eyes.

Many of the animals are very much the same. But there are other creatures a bit more fantastical, I believe is a word you might use. Although not to us. Like various types of birds and butterflies. Longer life spans, more brilliant colors and sound, and the ability of movement that is different. Perhaps the legend of the Firebird was loosely based upon such a creature. Or a frog in Faerie, for instance, may have what you would consider a spectacular leap. Insects would not bite us nor be harmful. And they are not all the same ones.

Species do not prey upon each other. Animals live in harmony. Because their substance is different, they do not need to eat or feed themselves in the same way. Especially not upon each other. Sometimes problems may erupt, but this is when life forms are closer to the density and ways of the earthly plane, and so they mimic.

Since some of us move easily between worlds, the boundaries can become blurred, and it feels all One to us.
