Do fairies exist, I have heard it asked.
Are fairies real?
The real question is, however, are humans real.
Fae folk, after all, did not believe in humans for a very long time.
In the kingdom of mystical creatures, very few have seen any.
You are simply invisible to our frequency and our sight.
Mortals just seem too far-fetched for most or us.
Until some of us began noticing your messes.

Anyway, back in the days of olde, in your ancient cultures,
most mortals did believe in fae folk. You called us by many names.
It didn’t take science to prove us.
Now, it seems, it does.
Ah, what a blessing is quantum physics – the tiny world of the unseen
that behaves in the most seemingly bizarre and inexplicable manner.
Much like the world of fairies.
It is through your science of quantum physics that you may understand
How do fairies exist. And answer your question, are fairies real.

Many mortals say they will believe it when they see it –
One of your popular phrases.
It is actually quite the opposite, however.
You will see it when you believe it.
Do you see electricity? Or radio waves? Or microwaves?
Do you see the wind?
Do you not believe in these?
Do you believe in angels? They, too, are unseen beings.
We are much like them. But we are beings of nature and the elements.
As long as these exist, there we will be.

You do not need to believe in us. It matters not.
We exist anyway, despite your beliefs.
But if you do…if you can…then you perchance
may see us – real fairies – with your mortals eyes.

And a whole new world will open up to you. Full of new possibilities.
You may see it...when you believe it.
