Enchanted Forest Water?

by Cynthia
(England)

Have you ever heard of enchanted forest water?

Ophelia Fey says - Yes, I certainly have. But not necessarily in the earthly planes. I know that there are many stories about such things, and perhaps they are based on something found or seen of old. It would be difficult now to know just exactly what that might have been. At any rate, such waters would only exist where the veil is thin between dimensions. And as you may know, that is very frequently in forests. Forests do have a special way about them.

However, in the realm of Faerie, that is, in the nature spirit world, there are many places that would seem "enchanted" to you (although quite understandable to us) because you would not be familiar with the "physics" there. Certain waters would be included. Many are not only in forests but also in pools within caves, especially near the sea. Whether or not people nowadays could access these waters is another issue entirely. But then again, one never knows.

One thing I do know for certain -- although some may seem quite intellectually certain about your sciences and what has or has not been "proven," there are many, many things that are yet beyond the current level of understanding. And then, of course, your science is forever, year after year, decade after decade, admitting itself to have been quite incomplete and even wrong. So it is best to maintain a very open mind.

But again my thoughts wander... after all, the original question was about enchanted forest water.

Working With Enchanted Water
by: WindDancer

This "enchanted" water is something I believe I've come in contact with :-) I'm a Lightworker. One of the things I do is channel healing energy from Earth and the Universe to people who are brought to my attention who really need it. I do this through visualization. I've not been taught how, I just do what I feel, and the way I was doing it at first was a huge drain on my personal energy.

I visualize myself in a forest when I'm doing this work. When I was doing it wrong, I would feel so DEPLETED afterward and a pool of shimmery white water with flecks of what looked like large pieces of glitter started showing up in front of me, and I got a message to "get in the water". I would get in and swim around, and then I'd feel better. (It was interesting that when I got out, I wasn't wet.)

Just yesterday, I moved myself to a different forest in my visualization, one I had a wonderful experience in when I was younger, and as I was about to do my work I noticed that I was standing in a puddle of this same enchanted water. I didn't put it there, it just showed up. I continued my work, with 1 other difference in how I performed it, and felt perfectly fine afterward. My wonderful guide(s) gave me access to this water and it's helped me in my work and also helped me heal my own energy.

[Ophelia Fey says] - Hello, WindDancer. Yes, doing any kind of channeling or energy work can be draining to the various levels of the form, and not only just mental and emotional. It can physically drain you as well and even make you sick. Unless you consciously know how to re-energize yourself because, of course, the Energy of your Higher Self and the Universe is limitless. But the human vessel is not. You are very fortunate that you are connected enough with your guides and your own Inner Self that you could understand what to do – that you could receive the message in the first place. This is impressive since you mention you did not have training.

The water in your visualization is clearly the Energy needed to revitalize yourself - as you did while "swimming" in it. And this Substance which you perceived as water is quite real. Quite real in another dimension of Reality. It is this very Substance that is “behind” the world of matter, and it takes different forms. Visualization is extremely powerful, which is what I have been trying to get across in many of the things I have written. When you visualize you can tap into this Substance. Bless you in your healing work.

This is true
by: Lauren

This page is very true! Although, I've never heard about enchanted forest water before. I would really like to meet you someday, Ophelia. You seem very kind-hearted and generous. Could you maybe tell me about the enchanted water a little more? I'm sorry to interrupt your day with this question.

[Ophelia Fey says] - Hello, Lauren. You are certainly not interrupting my day, but thank you for being so considerate.

Any kind of "enchantment" (and that is really a mortal word, a label) may be difficult for a person to understand, because it operates beyond the limits of Time and Space... which is your world. Perhaps in places and during times when dimensions may meet, some of the specialness of that water may "get through." Might be perceived and experienced. It is sometimes perceived as healing water when this happens. There are different areas around the world. And remember, there are other Beings in the Unseen worlds that work in this way, as well. Not just the spirits of nature. But we are All One.

Fairy Connection
by: Alison

Yeah that is true Ophelia. About whether a mortal could get the enchanted water to work. I think I do have some kind of connection to faerie world. I am not entirely sure because I can only visit in my dreams or during my nightly activities as you have put it. Your world is quite beautiful and the mortal world is a slight bit dull in comparison with just how beautiful it is. I would like to meet you some day. I'm sure you are quite beautiful yourself.

[Ophelia Fey says] - Thank you, Alison. I do sense that you are indeed connected to the world of nature spirits, as I often call it. Just remember, Consciousness is the primary means of connection, and that can happen in many ways, all of them very Real. You physical self and your five senses are only one small dimension of your Being. This is difficult for many to understand. I know that you are in college, so I mention it because from your various comments, I think you can grasp what I am getting at.

Enchanted Forest Water
by: Alison

Ophelia, that first picture that is shown on the Secret faerie scenery page is the place I have dreamed of many a time. Exactly down to the smallest droplet of water and rock. Is this in a remote forest clearing?

I met the Goddess there the first time. She was behind the waterfall. Was this perhaps my stumbling across it in my night activities, of my dream self? The water certainly feels enchanted. Is it?

[Ophelia Fey says] - The place you mention in the picture is in a forest area, but not altogether that remote. And not always in bloom. This is a place where the "veil" is thin. And so it would be a place to which some may be attracted during night time activities, as you call it. Some remember such things, some do not -- the so-called dream state is where Realities of consciousness can intertwine. (Reality is in Consciousness, not necessarily only tied to the outer senses and strictly physical plane, as you may know). The water here can be healing. But if one should cross Thresholds, the natural energy of the waters would be accelerated, stepped up; and thus seem enchanted or magical. But whether a person could access that power and make it work, is another matter.

Enchanted Forest Water
by: Alison

Thanks. That is a pity, since they are so enchanting of themselves. I've always been drawn to things of old. Especially of mythical, magickal, legendary significance.

Enchanted Forest Water
by: Alison

Ophelia, what is it about waterfalls that makes them rather magickal or mythical to humans? They show up in legends, myths and in dreams. What kind of symbolism do they have? I have always wondered. They seem to be the kind of enchanted water that the other person was referring to.

[Ophelia Fey says] - Waterfalls seems to show a primal power of nature that cannot be controlled by mortals. No, I take that back. Unfortunately, people have learned how to divert and stop this flow of nature sometimes. I suppose it may be necessary occasionally, but still a bit of a pity (to me).

This cascading of water represents power and force, and also a sense of purity. And any who get caught up in one have no choice but to "go with the flow." And, of course, they can be dangerous. Danger seems to be quite an attraction as well. I find it peculiar that people are so preoccupied with danger. But then again, I suppose it is part of your primal ancient history, that still is there in your psyche.
