I read how Mary met you and how you are like her Spirit Guide, and you're always watching her. Does this mean my Fairy Guides (or Guide) is watching me ALL the time? And if so, how is it possible to maybe meet her? Thankyou very much. x

Ophelia Fey says - Yes, your fairy guide will be with you all the time for life. That does not mean she will be "spying" on you or never letting you alone or never giving you privacy. It means she is present when you need her. On call, you might say, and never far away.

Fairy guides can feel the vibrations from your feelings so that if you are very distressed she will know and be there for you, whether you talk to her or not. She will send you comforting energy. We also help protect you, along with angelic guides.

But remember, we cannot do the impossible, nor can we completely protect you from everything that may ever happen to you in life, for lessons are there to be learned. And we cannot interfere. You are responsible for using your best common sense in conducting your life. And certainly mistakes will be made; that is life. But we try to soften the blow, so to speak. And to guide you to stay on a course that would bring you the most happiness and least amount of stress, injury, or worry.

It is very possible to meet your fairy guide, particularly in your consciousness and dreams, at first. As you get used to the whole idea, you may find that you will get a distinct picture of her in your mind's eye. It may become very, very clear, almost like a vision. And then one day it will be so clear you will not be able to tell the difference between the so-called "vision" and regular seeing. She can be that clear to you. And, of course, at any time you can talk with her, either aloud or in your mind.

You can practice this by meditating, if you'd like. Seeing fairy guides can be helped along by following the basic steps I talked about in "How To See Fairies."

Inviting your guide

Dear Ophelia,
I would love to meat my fairy guide. I leave the window open and wait. But they don't come. How do I make them sense that I want them here? Or that I want to meet them? Thank you.

[Ophelia Fey says] - A true Guide just Knows. You don't need to leave a window open, as a Guide is with you wherever you are. (But don't worry -- he/she knows when you want privacy). Your Guide would be very, very intuitive and would have been with you since birth, so will be able to sense and feel when you want them near. It is just a matter of you being able to See. But first you should just try to relax and attune to your Guide and try to listen to its Guidance. Learning to listen is the first step.

I want to see my fairy guide but I am afraid that I will get freaked out and not want to see him/her. Thank you for your time.

[Ophelia Fey says] -- Your Guide is your guide, and so is quite familiar with what you really need and what is best for you. If you are very concerned about your reaction to her/him, then your Guide will be respectful of that, not wanting to startle you. Things will unfold as they are meant to.

Help about plants and Faerie guides

Hi,Ophelia. I've been emailling to you a lot. You know since last November, I've been into inviting faes to my life now. I saw lovely pink blossoms flower in my neighbour's garden, so I asked her for some seeds and she gave a whole bunch! From then onwards, I began to take up gardening and doing whatever for nature.

I'm in to Accounting in school but that doesn't mean I want to be an accountant. I actually want to take up business and go forward to establish a successful nursery with all kinds of plants through botanical science. If you know of some plants, can you help me to gather as much info as I needed? Thanks!

[Ophelia Fey says] - Juliana, if you know in your heart that which you want to do in life, then it is important to pay attention and go for it! So good for you... Botanical science sounds spectacular! (But then, I may be biased).

There are hundreds of plants that you could work with, and so you must, yourself, find out what it is that is meaningful to you. There are those with wonderful fragrances, those of particular visual beauty, and those that are edible. They all special. Your Guides and your own Inner Self will lead you to all the information you need to succeed. And I will certainly send a little Inspiration your way.

How do I know my guide is here?

Hi, I just wondered if there were any way to know if your guide is there in times of stress. My life has been rather tragic lately and I wanted to know if my guide has been here through it. Also, is it possible to talk to your guide? Like, ask questions and for advice? I hope I'm not a bother at all, thank you.

[Ophelia Fey says] - Hello Emily. You are not a bother in the least. I am sorry to hear that your life has been stressed. It seems to be the norm in the earthly plane. Tragedies will happen to all at some time or another, and your Guide is definitely there for you through it all.

You will know by an inner knowing, by a feeling. Take yourself to a quiet place from time to time, especially in time of stress. Close your eyes and breathe deeply. Deep breathing in itself is very calming and healing. Put your attention on your own inner Light, your inner Power, whatever you want to call it.

You can visualize it in your heart, in the middle of your form, or in your mind. Whatever is natural. It is through this part of Yourself that it is most easy to talk to your Guide and to be open to an answer, which may come quite soon, or later. You can always talk in your heart to your Guide. At any time and anywhere. But doing this little exercise will specifically get you focused.

[Ophelia Fey says] - Hello Johnny. Everyone has a guide, but not always a fairy (being of nature) guide. But almost everywhere there are beings of nature out and about. Some may stay and befriend you for awhile, although not exactly as a guide. You may sense their presence especially if you are very intuitive, even though you may not See them.

[Ophelia Fey says] - Hello Justine. As you can probably understand, it would be a bit impossible for me to know the guardians of everyone on earth - billions of people. And too, it is not my destiny nor mission to do so. I receive many, many questions about this. But it really has to be up to each individual person to learn about their own guides, and to begin their own relationship with them -- in whatever way you are led -- for each person is different and special.

How To Meditate?

How do you meditate?

[Ophelia Fey says] - There are many, many ways. It is basically calming yourself, becoming peaceful and quiet. Getting out of your mental mind into your Inner Self. You can find lots books and audio/visual material about it too. It is just a matter of finding a form of meditation that you like. One of the purposes is to still your mind, at least for a little while.

But here is one little thing you can do to get started. Sit in a quiet place and close your eyes. Breathe in deeply several times and feel the air filling you up with Light. Visualize a sphere of Light in your heart, growing larger and larger until it surrounds all of you. Feel it wash over you from head to toe clearing away anything negative. Some people see it like smoke going out of them. Let yourself feel this. And keep doing your deep breathing.

This Light symbolized your own Light, from your own Inner Self. This is just a very simple way of meditating. I highly recommend something along the same line to everyone who wants to learn to See beyond the human senses.

Inviting Fairy Guides

Dear Ophelia,
I've been wanting to meet my fairy guide and was wandering if you always have to invite them to be with you so that they will visit you. Because what I usually do is meditate and then when my mind is calm I invite them into my room, but sometimes I don't have time to do that.
So do you have to invite them for them to visit or will they visit because they know you want them to visit you?
I'm sorry if that last sentence was confusing, but I hope you get what I mean!

[Ophelia Fey says] - I think I know exactly what you mean. Your fairy guide is your guide, and just as with an angelic guide, will be there with you whenever you need her or him. You do not need to invite them! Although it is very considerate and thoughtful for you to do so, and it will be appreciated. And it is very excellent that you are taking some time to calm your mind, to meditate. (I recommend this for everyone). But when things are in a flurry and this is not possible, your guide will still be there. You just may find it more difficult (from your side) to sense her/him.

Your guide will instinctively know when you need or want them to be close to you, and when you want your "space," as you sometimes call it. Fairy guides are quite intuitive. That is part of their reason for being. They will know by your feelings and intention what you are wanting and will respond accordingly. This is how it is with beings of the spirit who are with you.
