Feeling Faeries

Hello Ophelia, Thank you for taking the time to answer all of these questions in detail, and thank you Mary, for working so hard to communicate faerie messages. I began my interest in faeries as a "reality" a few weeks ago, though I've always loved them.
My question is about "feeling" faeries. I've not yet been able to see them, though on one occasion noticed strange movement in my houseplant, and other times I've seen a wavering, kind of vibrating spot, almost like a mirage or looking through very hot air- but I couldn't make anything out specifically.
I have also noticed that ever since my new-found interest in the fae, I've seen symbols of them everywhere- in song titles, on tv commercials, on t-shirts- everywhere I look almost.
The strangest thing, though, is that when I meditate or focus on being open to faeries, I get very very strong chills that start at the base of my spine and travel slowly up until I almost feel a tingling sensation in my cheeks. Sometimes, I have to close my eyes because the sensation is so powerful.
What could this be? Could it be faeries trying to reach me? Thanks again, have a happy day!
Ophelia Fey says - Hello Stefana. Yes, you are describing very typical signs of feeling fairies. There is no doubt in my mind that there are nature spirits around you, and trying to connect with you. You may have the feeling aspect of this connection for awhile before you begin to see them.
However, the wavering, mirage-like vibrational spot that you mentioned is quite interesting. What this very well could be is that you are beginning to see what your surroundings look like when in their basic energy form. Vibrations.
After you are in a meditational state, if you stared at, say, a chair for awhile and just let your eyes relax, you could eventually start seeing the chair sort of "pixelate" - like it has turned into pixels. Other readers have described this very thing to me before also. You would be observing the chair in a more vibrational state. This also works particularly well with fire or a flame. Done safely, of course. When you are in this relaxed state of mind, it is much easier to see beyond your mortal boundaries into the Unseen.
