Has there ever been a battle?

by Zab
(California)

It's been a while since I've asked you a question. Has there EVER been a battle in fae history? Even a small battle?

Ophelia Fey says - Hello Zab. Yes, I am sorry to say that on occasion, in certain places within Faerie (which I do not visit) there are fae of foul temperment who have argued and fought in the past.

As I've mentioned before, we have many different levels or frequencies within our realm, somewhat like how your world has different countries and cultures (although it is not the same, of course). These frequencies and areas, you see, are based on vibrations. Anger and hostility have a definite vibe; and I do not go there.

Because I have not witnessed these "battles" myself, I hesitate to comment on them. To me they are just tales that we tell around the fae fire. Some are rather gruesome to be sure. It is said such fae fights take place due to the typical attitudes of greed and pride. But they are contained within their own little area, and cannot leak out to the rest of us. Unless for some reason our behavior and thinking lowers the vibration of our own environment, and we make ourselves susceptible. Which we are careful not do. And if we did, there are ways to quickly repair the damage.

There are many little pockets and corners in Faerie, just as there are in your world. Our kingdom is vast. And as with you, we cannot possibly know them all. Nor would we want to. So stories and rumors abound. Perhaps some of these have trickled into your world too, judging from some of the stories I have read.

I do not like to put my attention on battles and bloodshed and such. So I shall leave the details up to your own imagination.
