Making A Wish Come True

How do I make my awesome wish come true and how will I know that the wish is doing its job?

Ophelia Fey says -- You cannot force a wish to come true. Especially not in any particular time frame. Wishing is outside of the realm and rules of human Time and Space. Making a wish come true takes a lot of whirlwind re-arranging of things for a person, as you can imagine.

Each wish has its own timing. I have written about this before. It is like planting a seed and waiting for it to grow. With a seed you may have an idea of how long it will take, because you may be familiar with those kinds of seeds and what they grow into. With a wish it is different. It may be new to you and you may not be familiar at all.

So you must be patient. Depending on your wish, you will know if it's doing its job, when it's doing its job! That is to say, you know what you wanted the result to be. So when that result happens, you will know about it, right? Otherwise look for clues, small clues at first. It is hard for me to comment further since I don't what you wished for.
