Summon Fairies

How do you summon fairies?

Ophelia says -- Mortals tend to think you have to do certain chants or sayings or rituals to summon fairies. This can be very charming, and fairies do enjoy such things. But it is not necessary.

The best way to summon a fairy is by simply talking to them and inviting them to you, whether it be to your garden, a special spot in nature, or a room in your home (like your kitchen). You do not need fancy words. You just must be very still and quiet. Still your mind and feelings. Focus on kindness and loving thoughts. Make sure you are in a good mood with good energy, lest you summon other types of fairies.

Fairies are very intuitive beings. They sense feelings. They sense sincerity. They are probably all around you already, you are just not able to see them, for various reasons. They could be hiding, or you may not have developed your higher vision. So really, summoning is two steps.

You invite them.
You learn to sense them, and then see them.

In the beginning, you will probably sense them first. You might get chills or goosebumps, or it may feel like your scalp is prickling. You may for no particular reason feel very happy inside. (Or you may feel frightened, if that is the type of fairy you have summoned, based on your own energy at the time).

Then you may see something out of the corner of your eye, glistening or sparkling, catching light. The fairy may have wings, and you may wonder if you'd seen a dragonfly or a humming bird. Fairies can be very fast -- but notice the size and the color. Would a humming bird really have glistening wings? Would a dragon fly really be so large, and have bright pink or gold or purple glistening wings, for instance? Think about what you saw and if it makes sense in your natural world. It may have been a fairy.

When you summon fairies, please understand that they will need to trust you first. They do not just appear on demand. I cannot stress enough that fairies definitely do respond to your energy -- or lack of it. And of course they will need to get used to you, and you will need to get used to seeing them. It takes practice.

Helping with future?

I am a 44-year-old adult who still believes in faeries. Do you think that faeries can help with the future? Because sometimes when something is going to happen I feel this pressure in my chest. When it is a bad thing the pressure is deep and it hurts but when something good is going to happen to me the pressure feels as if I was full of joy. I dream a lot of things that are about to happen... Do you think they can help with the future?

[Ophelia Fey says] - Hello Cecilia. This is a really good question, and I wish you had actually submitted it as a separate Question! It sounds to me like you are very spiritually sensitive and intuitive. Since in actuality there is no Time and Space (except in the physical plane, and I know this sounds confusing), it is possible for the mind and soul to transcend or go beyond Time. And sense things. If you know how. This is most usually a Gift bestowed on some people often at birth and then it develops, rather than something learned. Although it can be. It is not really the beings of nature that are giving you these feelings. Most likely it is your own Inner Power, your own Inner Self. You may, though, have a Guide or two also helping as well.

The beings of nature are not allowed to tamper with the future, except in extraordinary circumstances, and it is not through our own decision or will. The future is based upon not just Possibilities, but Probabilities, which stem from what has been set into motion already. That is very difficult to change. But, if you have studied quantum physics at all, you will know that it can be accomplished. It is just not Probable.

So although fae cannot change the future, they can certainly help mortals navigate through it, and perhaps forewarn you or guide you to make good choices before something happens.

Best friend?

Can a faerie eventually be a best friend? I have come to learn that sometimes when I am under alot of stress I always ask for help suddenly my bad energy is gone I feel better and I always thank them. Can this be a faerie helping me? Because I have not seen it...

[Ophelia Fey says] - This sounds very much like a Guide helping you. It could be a fairy Guide, or angelic. This is one of the many things they will do for you - helping you feel better when you ask. You may not see it (perhaps not yet), but you definitely seem to be feeling its presence with you.

Befriending while Christian?

I've always been obsessed with magic and feys of the sort every since I was a child. I still am. But I would absolutely love to try to summon and befriend one, but I fear it is "witchcraft" and will go against my wishes. Can fairies and such really enjoy my company? What if they don't like me too? I have so many questions, Ophelia.

[Ophelia Fey says] - I guess I cannot understand why humans think befriending a nature being would be contrary to some religion or would be "witchcraft." How do you define that, anyway -- everybody thinks it is something different.

As long as you are not Willing and Wishing regarding someone else and their free will, or contrary to what is meant to be, or for something that is not of the Highest Good, then there is no problem that I can see. Nor are you "worshipping" anything that should not be. Nature beings have no interest in that anyway.

In actuality you do not need to "summon" a fairy. That word sounds a little bit arrogant (I know you don't mean to be, it is just a word, after all). But I think the best way to say it, is to invite the beings of nature (fairies) to be with you. If you are basically good in your heart (you don't need to be "perfect") there is no reason that they would not like you and enjoy your company.

Keep in mind, that this does not necessarily mean that you will instantly See them. Perhaps you will... but more than likely you will feel their presence first. It takes practice, patience, and getting used to.

1st sight and still believing

I was 6 years old and my parents & I were visiting my grandparents. Before you entered their house you had to walk up a brick staircase. This was a house build in the 50's I think. It was dark outside and my mother took my hand and led me to the bottom of the stairs. There was a small crack in the one brick and inside was something glowing. It was a green light. My mother said it was a fairy. Since then I believed. I am 30 years now. I don't care what people say, I believe in them. I have a lot of fairy pictures, statues, tarot cards and even a tattoo. Just would like to see one now which would be nice!!!!

[Ophelia Fey says] - It is altogether quite possible that you have already seen a fairy ...in the green light that you saw as a child. Thank you for sharing. Many, many adults believe. I hear from them all the time. You are definitely not alone in believing.

Fairy in a Box

When I was little, my grandma had this little box, and told me something was sleeping inside it. Later that day, we went outside and let it go. It was too fast for me to see, but I could tell it wasn't a moth. Am I crazy?

[Ophelia Fey says] - I am sure you are not crazy! Of course there is no way for me to verify what was in the box. But I can say that to catch a fairy and put it in one, would be very difficult. But then again, who knows.

White Smoke Fairies?

I see white smoke out of the corner of my eye often. Sometimes when I'm doing something or nothing at all, I'll see a white smoke out of the corner of my eyes. My newest experience was when my friends and I were outside and I was just looking at the road, when I just saw a smoke. It disappeared seconds after I looked at it full on. I was wondering if that could have been a ghost, a fairy, or me being crazy.

[Ophelia Fey says] - I highly doubt that you are crazy! I get many messages from people who see a variety of things, especially out of the corner of their eyes. It is very difficult for me to always know what it is that people are seeing, including for you. But I can say that there are Other Things "out there" that can be seen, if a person is able to see them. And some of them, of course, could be nature spirits; fairies as many call us. I am familiar with ghost sightings as well. However, since that is not my realm, I cannot truly comment on them. Just that many, many people see what they think are spirits. So you are definitely not alone in seeing Something. And I am familiar with fae folk looking smoke-like. That is a good way to describe our transparent and changing appearance.

Fairies Talking In Your Mind?

Can fairies talk to you in your mind? I've heard that they could. Sometimes I'll hear voices in my mind. My newest experience was when I was in bed and all of a sudden I heard a child-like girl voice say my name in my mind. And sometimes the voices are screaming my name as if they were screaming from behind a barrier or calling me.

[Ophelia Fey says] - Yes, fairies could talk to you in your mind. And it can seem like they are muffled as if from beyond a veil or barrier. But just because you hear voices in your mind or someone calling your name (especially the screaming) does not mean it is us. This hearing of voices seems to be, from what I have observed, a common thing to happen with people. I would have no way to really verify what you have heard. All I can say is that it is a possibility. Some people know in various ways, with certainty, about what they've heard. Ask your own Inner Self or your Guides to inspire you to know what it is. If you are not sure, then just ignore it. The human mind can do all kinds of things in its sleep state or going into it. Sometimes it is clear about what it is, and sometimes not. I'm sorry that I cannot be more specific about your question.

I'm not crazy I've seen one

The other night my boyfriend and I were watching our camera at our shop: He said, look ! I looked up and it was the most beautiful creature I had ever imagined.The body looked just like a person. Now I truly believe. But why did we get to see it?

[Ophelia Fey says] - Very interesting! It's hard to say who or why some people get to see nature spirits. Some people have a natural ability to See, and they may not yet even know it, until someday it happens. Others are very open-minded and desire very much to see the Unseen. Perhaps they even practice Seeing. And then one day they just do. But there are others that really don't care, are not interested, and yet all of a sudden they randomly See something. One never knows exactly why. But it is a combination of being in the right place at the right time, being relaxed enough and open enough to have it happen. And both you and this being happen to be on the same "wavelength." Including mentally. Nature spirits often make an effort to adjust their frequency so they can be seen. So perhaps this Someone wanted you to see her/him.

Inviting Fairies

Do you have to invite fairies to be able so see them? Thank you

[Ophelia Fey says] -- No, inviting fairies is not necessarily what it takes to see them, although it is very nice. Seeing comes from being able to get out of your five senses. Perhaps having to re-train your fives senses to see beyond what they have been programmed to do with your brain - that is, seeing just your physical world. Some people are naturally born with the gift of seeing Beyond. But others can develop it with practice. For some, it never happens. I do not know exactly why.

Sometimes seeing into the Beyond happens very spontaneously without planning or thinking about it. It may happen without notice just when you do not expect it. Usually it is when you are relaxed and not preoccupied with a lot of thinking through your human mind. Too much thinking and too much mental analyzing put up barriers.

But fairies do respond to being invited. It shows you are interested in them and probably friendly (we hope!) They will come nearer, and it would then be easier to see them once you learn how.

Hearing Names

Almost every other week i will hear someone call my name, but when I look around I see nothing. And when I ask someone about it they say it's nothing. Is this a fairy?

[Ophelia Fey says] -- Hello Jarod. I cannot say for certain what your particular experience is, but I can say that yes, nature spirits do communicate with people in such a way. So the voices you hear could very well be someone from our dimension. You may have highly sensitized hearing, beyond your physical senses.

Some humans have what is sometimes known as The Sight. Some have hearing abilities. Your experience, in fact, is more common than you may think. And it is also very common for others to shrug it off as "nothing." You may ask your Guidance to help clarify for you what this is.
