Where Did Fairies Come From?

Were the fairies made by some divine being? Where and how did it all begin?

Ophelia Fey says- Remember that so-called "fairies" are just a kind of nature spirit. So the question really is, how were nature spirits created and where did it all begin?

There is an Intelligent force throughout all the Universe (you may call it Universal Intelligence, creator, divine being, God, whatever human words you use - I think you know what I am referring to). This Force (and not as in "may the Force be with you," although I do hope it is - but I ramble) is in everything that is created.

Anyway, as creation evolved into higher levels besides just one-celled creatures, along side of nature a consciousness, a spirit essence, developed. For everything on the physical level also has essence behind it on the level of spirit, even if in a very simple way. This essence, you might say as though distilled, took form in a non-form sort of way. That is the best way I can describe it. Form, yet formless. Consciousness, that differentiated itself in a new way into different being-ness(es).

And the purpose was to enjoy and nurture nature. As with all of creation, over eons of time, yet outside of time, this "spirit essence" of nature also evolved, into more highly developed being-ness(es). And different types of beings had different purposes. Different beings to help with the different elements of nature: earth, fire, water, air, for instance. And as beings of nature, we mimic it. Remember, too, you are a part of nature.

As humankind developed, many were able to perceive into this intertwined world. It was a flow. Although that ability has been very much lost now because your lives have become so very distracted and complicated. Over the ages we learned from humankind and took on some of your ways. And perhaps you also learned from us.

Most certainly you included us in your tales of old, even though a bit distorted at times. But then we found some of those tales rather charming, and so mimicked them. Thus who can say what really came first in some of these matters. And as you evolved, we evolved in our own way.

There have been many, many ups and downs to the history of mortals. Some of it is very ancient, more than you realize. And from time to time, we have gone into periods of withdrawal from the denser frequencies of your dimension, as we did not find it suitable to be around.

And now at this time, it seems we are quite separate. But the sense of separation is largely from the point of view of mortals, and has always been one of your major issues. In reality, all creation is One, and nothing is separate from each other.

So that is my little speech about how we came about, although it may be a bit difficult to follow. Things of the (physically) Unseen world usually are.
